"Imagination and creativity are infinite, technology should be used to make these things a reality"

Studio Philosopy:

The main goal is to create the product you have in mind, the way you want it. The Imagineering Suite is started from a creative point of view. This studio does have all the required technical skills and equipment, but in this studio's way of working, creativity comes first. Therefore we understand how important it is that your idea's come out in the way that represent your vision the most.

Who runs the suite?

The suite is run by Tom de Wit, a young artist and technician who has been working in the disciplines of audio, video and webdesign for a couple of years now.

Tom has experience as an audio recording artist himself (He records music under the name of TDW, The Angrotron Project and Mind:Soul and has been a guest musician for other bands in various occasions.) and he has experience in creating video's and designing websites.

Customer testimonials

The studio feels like a secure environment. It is not a stale atmosphere but a well thought-out and professional studio which holds a lot of equipment. As a guitarist it was interesting to see the interfaces and plug-ins that Tom de Wit uses. The studio has enough space to hold multiple people which is nice. During the mix I had a good overview of the process. I also had a comfortable chair and a good view of what was happening. These details might seem minor, but they add to the experience none the less.

When I went into the studio I had most of my material pre-written. However for a perfect result, Tom helped me out to re-arrange some parts. (Such as the drums for example) During this process there was a consensus and negotiation. If an artist really doesn't want something to happen, Tom is not going to do it. It is also good to note Tom's working flexibility. I could take the material I made at home to his place and it was integrated in his DAW without any problems.

I don't have a lot of experience mixwise, so I left Tom to do this part. However I did get a good insight into what he did, which was a very educational experience. I learned a lot which I can apply at home in my own studio as well. Mastering goes the same way with Tom and I have to say he really made the songs shine!

So in conclusion I can say that I have been very happy with the process and the ending product. The full-length record of Unforeseen Motion will be recorded at The Imagineering Suite as well. (Expected in the middle of 2012.)

Tom is a special working partner. As soon as you bring the smallest piece of inspiration to the table, he gets on top of it without hesitation and works it into detail. You can bring in all sorts of input, nothing is too weird or "out there" for him.

He also is able to give his own input and opinion which makes the product look exactly like you want it to be. And also his working speed is worth noticing as Tom is dedicated to bring a product to you in the blink of an eye if needed.

I got in touch with Tom through a mutual friend. As a starting entrepreneur without any skill or knowledge in the website area, it wasn't easy to come up with idea's or suggestions for a website.

Tom only needed a short amount of time to find out what my needs and demands were and he translated these into a professional website. He also took my budgetary situation in consideration without sacrificing any quality.

The result has turned out quite pretty! I have received compliments from multiple sources. I had a good experience working together with Tom.
